The BBAC will decide later how many separate propositions to recommend. The final decision will be up to city council. For instance, a downtown park could be presented as part of downtown improvements or part of a parks and recreation proposition.
Whatever is decided, the city is bound to the projects it presents on the ballot; they cannot be swapped out for other projects.
