The city’s Park Master Plan, Parks for All: Beaumont's Playbook for Parks, Recreation, and Greenspace became available to the public in April 2025 and was a guidepost in selecting potential projects. The plan was the product of extensive research, community surveys, and collaboration with residents and expert consultants.
