Infrastructure projects

Drainage, water, wastewater, and street reconstruction are being addressed through a separate plan ─ both because staff and city council considers these urgent public safety concerns that shouldn’t depend on a bond election, and because in some cases there may be other funding available. Meanwhile, the BBAC has tentatively identified several infrastructure projects that the city might put before voters at a bond election, including several major road projects, and a major sidewalk initiative.
